1.0 Introduction: Who We Are?

AGR Environmental Services Sdn. Bhd. (here in after known as AgrServ) was incorporated in April 2004. After incorporation, the company is gaining trust and recognitions from the public fast. As a result service strenght increases fast and today (1/1/2010), AgrServ emerges as one of the major services providers for pest control and hygiene service in Johor, with 7 units of service vans (not including Service Supervisor vehicle) running in Southern Johor and a service portfolio of more than RM1,000,000/= in hand. We provide services to individual households, public corporations, commercial and industrial entities to government agencies and government-link corporations.		  

AgrServ are caring, aggressive and professional and very customer service oriented. Our key staffs are trained and experienced. Our technicians are qualified technicians i.e. our technicians either posses Pesticides Applicator License (PAL) or Assistant Pesticide Applicator License (APAL). We are well verse with the most up-to-date knowledge and technique/system of service management concepts, particular concepts that are needed to fulfill international standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), AIB (America Institute of Baker) and what is more important, we are prepared to listen and update ourselves for achieving greater break through in pest management business. We are always preparing ourselves trying hard to meet individual demands. Further as subsidiary of major local pesticides and chemical producer (Agr Group), we definitely have the advantage of knowing well the pesticides/chemicals we are employing.
